Volunteer: Keep Anna Beautiful Litter Clean-up (General)Keep Anna Beautiful is an affiliate program of Keep Texas Beautiful. Litter is a significant problem throughout North Texas. In addition to disrupting our views and decreasing our property values, it hurts our native plants and animals. Keep Anna Beautiful's mission statement is " To inspire and educate the neighbors of Anna to keep our community clean and beautiful." You can be a vital part of living out that statement. We are actively seeking potential volunteers to help us create a positive impact here in Anna. Litter clean-up opportunities are available at any time with prior authorization at an approved location. Please allow 48 hours for approval. All volunteers must complete a waiver and agree to the safety guidelines before participation. One hour of time is typical for this project. A map of approved locations can be viewed here. Not all locations are suitable for all ages. Olivia Demings, odemings@annatexas.gov, will reach out to confirm volunteers and coordinate pick up of litter supplies.
